I tried reverse image searches (Google and Tineye) as I didn't recognise any of them. I didn't find anything on the first, third, or fourth images. Google turned up a Fate/Stay fan-made comic for the second image.

The first one looks like a Code Geass doujinshi, but I don't know the name of it, sorry.

It's actually the prequel of it, Kokui no Mure ^.^

EDIT: Hmm, that's wierd! There should be 2 chapters for it but there's only one! I read the raw version of them and there's supposed to be another chapter coming after this one, that's the chapter where your picture comes from 😕
