So wait, Hitsugaya's fighting Halibel? That makes for the first time ever I've seriously wanted the Espada to win the fight.
Rangiku taking on three at once though. That seems a little impossible to me, but what the heck it gives Kubo an excuse to focus on her a lot in upcoming chapters.
There must be a huge discrepancy in the power of Barragan's remaining fraccion if one of them is Soi Fon's opponent while the other is Omaeda's. I'm curious to see how that turns out.
And still, where is Sasakibe? Why isn't he fighting? He could take some of the burden off of Rangiku. Maybe he's waiting to jump in after Yamamoto and Barragan start fighting each other though.
All in all, exciting chapter, though I want more.

I agree with you on that. It should be Soi Fon vs. Halibel. I have no idea why Hitsugaya is the most popular character in Bleach. If it's because he's the "cool angsty asshole" character, then I really question some of the people's sanity in Japan...
Oh yeah, and this chapter sucked balls and was pretty pointless. Nothing but talking and hyping up their own comrades. Bleach is becoming like the DBZ anime: Just talk and talk while fighting a bit so no one can say that they never fight.

this is reaaaally really slow....but i am really impatient to know what´s going to happen next. why are the chapters so short? i find it really annoying....

You try drawing 19 pages a week, every week for a while and see how easy it is. But yeah they did drag this one out a bit.

Hitsugaya isn't just popular among fangirls. He's cool cause he's short. And short people are dangerous.
And I'm looking forward to Shunsui and Ukitake's fights. Never actually saw a real battle for them. I'm also hoping some bankai's will be revealed. 🤣

I love Hitsugaya yes, but i would love halibel to fight with either soi-fong or yoruichi. I was actually looking forward to hitsugaya and matsumoto fighting Gin just to settle the score among these 3 characters. Maybe, hitsugaya will just get beaten up and will be rescued when the vaizards appear to pick up the fight. Either Hiyori and Lisa fighting Halibel will do it for me even if it's not Yoruichi cause i think Hiyori fighting will be fun and just wanted to see Shunsui's reaction when he see his ex vice-captain in action
Now talking about settling the scores i think what i would like to see is for urahara and/ or shinji fighting aizen though, I don't need to see a winner in this fight by having either side die. I'm just satisfied so long as more things will be revealed during the fight as there are lots of things left unanswered during the Hueco Mundo Arc such as when did urahara started creating Hougyoku. Although i bet it was during the timeskip when urahara was promoted into a captain till the time the vaizards were created, was it 9 years? I forgot.
Now, of course i would hate for yamamoto to fight barragan, well if that would mean barragan is the strongest among the 3 espada and i should hope not cause i was rooting for stark to be the number 1 espada. 🤣

it's becoming more obvious that Barragan is though, considering he's not making a move at all. so i think it's safe to say Stark might be #2. as well as assuming Halibel is the lowest of the 3 considering she has to fight Hitsugaya. out of all the Captains fighting there i think he's the weakest amongst them. so i don't think he'd be strong enough to fight any higher. (although i don't know if him fighting the top 3 Espada was a great idea either).

the battle finally started but they're showing all the fights all together, it's epic yes... but kinda messy... i hope they induvidualize the fight soon :/
