I'm not sure if it's possible, but I'm wondering how I can add a note to individual entries in my lists? For example, I don't really want to create a list for the one manga that I have to go to a very specific site for... instead, I'd like to make notes on my general reading list, marking like "manta" "Webtoon" "some obscure website" etc.

How do you do that? If it's a thing?
