where can i find what is currently serialized?

you can see the publisher and serialized in.
under serialized in, i see everything, on record of being serialized in there.
is there some place where i can see what they are currently serialized?
this isnt just about jump, its any one that i want to see what other kind of manga they are currently publishing.
as in if i am wondering if something is worth picking up, i read the description, if i like it, i look at the mangaka, if i find nothing there for previous works, i go to what they are serialized in, but publications change what they want over time, so seeing a full list isnt as relevant as seeing what they currently serialize.

that helps but im doubting wikis ability to have manga shown for everything that is serialized. that said whats on the wiki, for telling me serialised should be on this page too, a box above for what is current and a box below for what isnt, with another area for its end date.
