The 2 on the right of fisher are the henchman that Arlong had along with Hachi ( the guy that usopp and Sanji defeated ) Also if you look on the left you have the leader of the Makuro Crew ( the guys that captured Hacchi to lure Caimie to them )

No, it's just little things that Oda does before chapters to show what certain minor characters are doing on other sides of the world. Sometimes it's just to see what they're up to, and other times it's actually a little hint to them becoming important to a plot point later on (Like Keimi and Pappug appearing in Hachi's little mini-story way back on the cover of Chapter 195).

Anyway, this chapter was pretty deep. It showed exactly how revenge can become a cycle of death that goes nowhere and only manages to hurt innocent lives. Pretty sad how a comic book aimed at 10-17 year old boys can figure it out and yet leaders of certain countries can't...

I also liked that "Fumi-E" thing from the Edo Period that Oda introduced.

maybe but doesn't it say in the flashback that jimbay somehow earned his position as a shimbukai that way 😕 that wouldn't make sence if it was to hurt the humens...

And with flashback we're gonna see more of the past of Boa Hancock <3 (since she was saved by Tiger)
