As the title indicates, I'm looking for manga series that are centered around student-teacher relationships. However, I don't want the student(s) and teacher to be romantically involved; I simply want the teacher to serve as a mentor/parental figure to their student(s).
It's okay if there IS romance in the series, I just don't want it to be between the teacher and student.
Additionally, I'm fine with any demographic, and the series can also be a manhua/manhwa. I DO prefer art that isn't outlandishly disproportional or too outdated though.
Thanks in advance!

You could try Shiori Experience. It's not in the description, but she's a teacher who forms a band with her students.

Itsuya-san -- On the cutesy side.

Yomawari Sensei -- Serious and realistic, dealing with youth problems.

Ansatsu Kyoushitsu -- Very wacky and with a weird premise, but enjoyable.

Kakukaku Shikajika -- Autobiographical, about the mangaka's relationship with her art teacher.

Oushitsu Kyoushi Haine -- Protagonist is tutor to a group of spoiled princes.

The Children's Teacher, Mr. Kwon -- Younger kids in this one: elementary school age only, iirc.

Youkai Gakkou no Sensei Hajimemashita! -- I doubt this is in any way a serious story, but it looks like fun. Licensed recently, unscanlated.
