Hi!
I'm looking for a manga which I don't remember the title but the plot:

First we have this girl, the main character, whose grandmother has a heart attack on the station and she calls help and luckily one passenger offers himself to help her.
He is (of course, shoujo manga style) handsome and very gently, and luckily (oh, no, plot twist) he is a doctor. Of course, she falls in love with him. Now, is when the fun comes.
When she meets again this doctor she discovers that he is a sadistic person + he hates that girl is always spinning in circles around of him. It was kind of typical, but it had some funny scenes that i really enjoyed, so if somebody can please tell me the title i would be really grateful.
