Looks like Donuts Tsuushin. I've never read it, but the art looks like a match (based on the cover, at least). Thing is, Donuts Tsuushin is Shounen Ai, while the picture looks more shoujo-ish. You could sift through some of TAKAHASHI Mako's stuff, I guess...

On the Osuwari forums, they say it's from Baumkuchen Record; which they will be releasing soon.
