I was looking through the "related series" section on the TRC page. I understand that xxxHolic is a parallel story. Also, I can see that Card Captor Sakura is an alternate story, since it involves Sakura and Syaoran. But how are many of the others, that don't have Sakura and Syaoran, like Angelic Layer related at all?

Any character that appeared in CLAMP had the ability to appear in some form in Tsubasa. For example using Angelic Layer, an alternate version of the battle doll, Hikaru, who was human sized as she fought Syaoran. A bigger kick is with the Magic Knights Rayearth as the actual girls, not alternate versions of them, may have appeared.

Well, only related thing is characters from those series show up in TRC. It's not that of a big thing, but it's nice to recognize where those characters come from when you are reading TRC.
