NO EXPERIENCE is required for any of the positions as long as you are ready to learn ^^. (Really, it’s not that hard.)
There are no concrete fixed deadline. To keep a consistent pace for releases, all deadlines are loose and made depending on the person and time (may vary for each situation). So NO STRESS!

**Raw Provider/ScannerOpen**
We are currently looking for people who are able to provide us with raw scans of different projects. Please specify which serie(s) you can provide us with but If you don’t give a damn about what series we scanlate and would simply like to help out of the goodness of your heart, then…we don’t care how you get your hands on the raws. Just get them. (But for heaven’s sake, don’t jack them from someone else without permission.)
Proofreaders Open
Proofreaders job will be to read the translation script and correct grammatical/vocabulary mistakes.You are expected to proofread 1 chapter in 1 week. This may vary on demand.
Requirement: Fluent in English.
Translators** Open**
We are currently looking for Japanese-English, Chinese-English translators, Korean-English translators. You do not need previous experience however it would be good if you did have some experience. there is no translator’s test as long as you can translate the Japanese or Chinese from the manga into English, and it doesn’t need to be perfect English because we have proofreaders after all.
Cleaner/Editor Open
A cleaner is responsible to clean all raw scans that are we choose to scnalate. It is one of the most important rank in the scanlation team. Without cleaner or editors, there will be low quality manga.
However for cleaner, its means they only clean off the text and not typeset while an editors has to typeset the whole chapter.
Requirements of a Cleaner :
You must possess at least Photoshop 7
and know how to clean (level/resize/etc)
must be able to get rid of gutter shadows
Make sure each page is Grayscale
Requirements of a Typesetter :
Must have photoshop or Paintshop, etc.
How many chapter per week/month?
You can take longer then a month on a chapter if u want since editing can take awhile and sometimes you might be busy so you can just work at your own pace …though it’d be best if u can complete at least 1 chapter within a month.
Quality Checkers Open
Quality Checker’s main job is to read through the pages and point out mistakes to the editor ( which includes graphical errors, typesetting errors, vocabulary/grammatical/punctuation mistakes.)
You are NOT required to edit anything. You will be expected to read through 1 chapter in 1 week. This may vary on demand.
Requirements: Fluent English. Be meticulous. Read many Mangas before (I’m sure you all did.)
