No it's not. It's like understanding a joke and not finding it funny. Who said I was laughing? I said I got the humour - I understood it, but I didn't laugh. I found it annoying.

So you don't get it. Ok sure I can understand why it would be funny, but to me, it's not. Everyone's sense of humour is different.

Well thats what i imply by this phrase anyway..knowing where to laugh but not laughing is a another thing imo...
