Nah, me personally, I wouldn't read/watch anything with unnatural-looking female lead (or sometimes non-human ones). To be honest, I am not an avid hentai follower, and I have only seen tentacle-rape parodies. I have also never got what some guys like in cat/wolf-girls, traps, and futanari. I mean, there is a point when what turns you on stops being a girl, but some weird, mutated creature. Oh, well, what do I know? I even avoid gigantic breasts & anal sex when possible.

I'll just go with the most obvious two.

1. For tentacle manga/hentai there is more than a few where it's the girl who has the tentacles and well.... Technically that would change the "girl's shape."

Now onto the original topic, I am sorry I cannot help. I wish I could, but I haven't come across any to my memory.

I am worried that there wasn't anything mentioned in this topic that would creep me out though.. 1. There are also many girl-on-girl manga where one of the girls has a dick; that doesn't mean we should categorize every yuri title as futanari either; such is non sequitur.
