I read this a while ago, the main character loved this girl he saw on a tv commercial and then when he grows up he meets this person again and finds out that they weren't a girl they were just crossdressing because they're dad wanted them to and the protagonist still loves them. Please help me find it!

That's not the one i was looking for but this is similar to it. The protagonist in this one had dark hair and the person who cross dressed was the seme when they met again. But i will try Love Stage nw that you brought it to my attention. Also the mother of the one that crossdressed heavily dissaproved of him dressing like a girl.

No that's not it either, in this one the protagonist was a salaryman (i think) that quits his job to follow during the series so he could follow after the one that crossdresses. And I'm pretty sure that some other guy fell in love with the protagonist but he turned them down (that happened around the end of the series)
