do you know a negima site that is like narutofan.com? like it has the manga release information and stuff. on narutofan it says when something raw comes out and then the translated version comes out but can anyone tell me a site that has that kind of stuff for mahou sensei negima? i would appretiate it if someone could tell me.

No, and a site like that isn't needed. Raws are released weekly with only a few exceptions (you can find out the latest raw by going to TokyoTosho), and listing of when it gets scanlated is posted here in about 1 second to a few minutes after release.
