This week's poll is from the mind of our member whatnot, although some of the more outrageous choices are mine (for completeness, I guess). If you had an idea for something, what would be your ideal medium of entertainment for your creation? Let's assume that money is not an issue, that you can get all the necessary staff, and you do not personally need any skill in making music, acting, animating, etc (that's what your hirelings are for!)

You can submit poll ideas here (and try to keep them manga/anime-related)
http://www.mangaupdates.com/showtopic.php?tid=3903

Previous Poll Results:
Question: Bullying in manga...
Choices:
Helps with character development, so let's have it - votes: 1243 (12%)
It's realistic and has a place in manga - votes: 2926 (28.4%)
Bullies are fine since they'll get what's coming to them - votes: 1154 (11.2%)
It's too unrealistic and cliche - votes: 1768 (17.1%)
It's unpleasant, so don't show bullying in manga - votes: 624 (6%)
Don't care - votes: 2602 (25.2%)
There were 10317 total votes.
The poll ended: October 12th 2013

Now how many of us have actually experienced bullying...

Really depends on the type of story.
I can cheat and answer "game", because games can be any of the other medium as well (except for theatrical play)

I'd most likely be writing novel or theatre. I could also imagine myself writing radio drama (drama CD). Nonetheless I voted for live-action TV. Had I the skills, money and staff, I'd love to do a TV miniseries.

Hmm, it would be something so friggin drama and tear-jerking. Something like 5 Centimeters per Second (Anime), in a form of musical would be awesome I guess.

A novel.
But i'd love if it could become an animated movie!

A romcom movie... wait I've done that already...so...

Novel. Full fledged fantasy novel. Something in the scope of Ice and Fire saga. My own magnum opus.

Where's the Visual Novel option?
And don't say that it falls under the "Game" category, because it doesn't.

I was going to say manga, but...

right now, I'm in disney phase, and recently I also saw Lotr animated, and I thought, wow, that's horrible. So I was beginning to imagine how I would do that, animated. So yeah. Also, an original animated movie would be great. but 2d, not 3d. not because of skills.

If you also interpreted "Game" as "Video game", which is likely correct, then what's your basis in saying visual novel is an exception? Visual novel is a video game, that's why it falls under the category of video game. It seems you have a very simple minded idea of what a video game is if you can't fit visual novel in it. With that logic you wouldn't fit many others either—if you were familiar with them.

Definitely a game. With unlimited budget, a game would create an interactive experience like none other. A plot with infinite possibilities and choices would be amazing.

Definitely game. I'm a gamer through and through and as such all of my ideas tend to be geared towards the gaming medium. It would be awesome to be able to create any game I could think of without restrictions.

I dunno, wouldn't be hard with a kinect. Not sure about "good" or "fun", but definitely doable.

I went for animated movie, mainly because it's the field I sort of work in, so it makes sense in my head.

You're saying all visual novels are video games? Have you ever read a visual novel before? Because it sure as hell sounds like you haven't, so maybe you shouldn't be talking about things you're not familiar with. Are you saying visual novels are video games because you can only read them on a computer? Sounds like you have a very simple minded idea of what a video game is. A game is something you PLAY. I don't remember ever playing Planetarian, Saya no Uta, Narcissu, or Mahoutsukai no Yoru. I just read it. Sure, there are games that are also considered visual novels like Sengoku Rance and Tears to Tiara, but those are a minority. If you wanted choices that could encompass every possible sub-category for the poll, then the first 7 choices should just be reduced to Comic, Novel, Movie, and TV Show. I mean, movie encompasses live-action and animated right? If those are separated, then why is something as drastically different as a 3D video game and a visual novel not separated? Where's your logic in that?
