Any manga where the female lead is either a straight up slut, a playgirl with many boyfriends, incredibly flirty or any combination. Then she starts dating the male lead and he makes her a one man kind of girl because she really likes him. I guess misunderstandings would probably happen a lot or she has relapses, but in the end, they are good.
