I was surprised to see NHK also listed as ecchi and was thinking about editing the genres. Decided to do a quick poll before doing it though. I myself deffinitly don't think of NHK as ecchi.

I honestly don't see how it is Ecchi. I guess there maybe one or two random scenes but that's about it. Perhaps it has to do with...

to answer nils, they do that but they don't really show pictures, do they? I can't remember exactly.

It could be, the ecchi that is is debatable as to it being ecchi. However..

there is that one scene where he is taking up-skirt shots of grade(?) schoolers (and we see under the skirt of the last grade schooler) ...but then it would be lolicon too...

the beginning of manga had a lot of ecchi. Especially the scene in the book store where u actually see misaki's tits.
