Sorting Categories search results by relevance

I think it would be really useful if "Categories" search results can somehow be sorted by relevancy.
Whenever I do a manga search by category, I find that a good part of the results that turn up tend to have the specified category as a minor subplot that's barely connected to the main story. This is especially true for categories related to characters. For example, a manga may be tagged with the category "Twins" just because there is a pair of twins as side characters. Even if the twins hardly appear in the story, the manga will still turn up in the search results.
A "Order by relevance" option would put series that have the specified category as a major theme at the top of the list. After all, the category tags for each manga are already sorted by relevancy; if the search can be linked to that, it would be much easier to search for manga. I suggest calculating a "relevancy score" that will provide a measure of the relative relevancy of the category.
Something like:
Number of votes for the category (divided by) Number of votes for the top voted category of the manga (times) 100 = relevancy score
So the top voted category of the manga would have 100, and the less relevant it is, the less the score. This way, less known manga would not be disadvantaged by the small amount of votes per category, as opposed to sorting a category by number of votes alone.
This calculation of mine is probably full of flaws, but I hope it gets my idea across. I know nothing about algorithms, so I'm sorry if this suggestion is too difficult to execute.
(Am I even making sense? LOL. Sorry for the rambling post.)
Anyway, hope my suggestion will be considered! ^_^
