another misleading title?
thanks ;D

When you see a bug at home, on the floor, on your desk, on the wall, on the ceiling o__O...etc. who kills it?

If it's on the floor, I'd just step on it. 😳
Everything else, I get my brother to do it.
He's younger than me. 😀

THE FIVE STEP "-ATION" PLAN

First Step is evacuation.
Quickly clear the room and make sure any living species but the bug has left the room
Second Step is isolation.
Make sure the room is closed and that the bug has nowhere to go.
Thrid Step is identification
Is the bug harmless? If not; measure the level of aggressiveness!
Fourth Step is termination
*If it's a fly or other harmless bug; squash it; smash it; fry it; shoot it... ~~~~~ just kill it quickly
If it's something that poses a threat (bee; wasp, ...):
Either get your mom to go it or go get the anti-bug toxics. *
Fifth Step is clarification
After the toxic clouds have gone; make sure the bug is 100% terminated and that no other invaders are present.

Seriously I really don't like bugs at all; especialy those that sting. 😲
I hope that soon someone's gonna invent some "Bug Guided Missiles" or something. Hell I'd be sitting in my backyard all day firing them BGM's; killing those bastards. And there's no reason to be shy; they can stick some 50 megaton warhead on those rockets... shit an armored cockroach might even need more than that 😀

It's funny you say that, I'm actually not. I have an understanding with things. I will eat them if I need nourishment, like beef or chicken. Or if it is a mercy killing, like a very sick animal. I used to watch that when I worked at the local shelter.

But in return I will care for all living things within my power and will not harm them, and if worst came to worst if something needs to eat me, I will not object.

I can't even bring myself to use antibacterial wipes because they kill so many bacteria that are harmless. That's an entirely different kind of bug though.

aw ;D
but bacteria hurts you.

@Zacharias: Seems tough. 🤨

Oh well, you must cry all the time and feel depressed all the time in this extremely brutal and uncaring world. I hope you never turn on the news, or watch 70-80% of the movies out there, or read any of the manga/anime out there, cuz it probably contains some sort of pain and suffering. I like your point of view, it's just impossible for me to believe in it, cynical bastard I am =/. (sorry)

@sleepy_sheepy: I can understand a turtle, but I'm sure you wouldnt like it if a shark ripped your arm off, no matter how incapacitated you are.

...Ya, you\'re kinda right 😀 , but I will never give up hope on the human race. Besides, crying for what you care for shows strength, not weakness. I usually don\'t watch anything too violent, though I can usually take it because I can tell it is fake. The only thing that gets me usually is Anime or Manga, because i get really connected to the characters, and it is usually so much worse than watching movies. The kind of movies that get me are usually those chick flicks with a relationship problem... I hate to see two people who are obviously meant for each other just give up hope... I don\'t think I\'ve ever watched anything or read any manga with a sad ending yet... Though I did cry while reading the novel \"Of Mice and Men\", as that was an extremely sad ending for me... And don\'t worry about trying to believe in it, I know people have fears, and I don\'t try to change people to be like me, as this way of life was my own choice.

Love & Peace!

Love & Peace!!! yay!!! I so totally wish that were true =(. I admire Ghandi, John Lennon, Martin Luther King Jr., Mother Theresa and the like and it depresses me to see how they have accomplished so much yet so little. The human nature is just inherently savage like that.

Oh, Of Mice and Men, yea that was a shocker, although it gets the point across that only the fittest survive in this uncaring world.

my hometown is in a sub-tropical zone so we get hordes of mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches (flying and not flying types), nocturn butterflies (they are creepy!!), from time to time big spiders (5 to 8 cm), and they roam inside the house too. So, it´s whoever have the courage to throw a sandal, shoe or anything in the reach of his/her hand (only in the case of cockroaches and nocturn butterflies), and mosquitoes, well, if you can get it with a slap, so it´s welcome.
I can deal with them, except with spiders and flying bugs that comes directly at me (even if i´m male...).

I usually just leave them there, or I flush them down the toilet to watch them squirm. Ants are particularly funny.

My little brother is horribly afraid of bugs and makes me catch them. Kinda funny, 'cause it really should be the other way around.

The house where I used to live had a moth infestation for months. You could kill all the ones you see, and they'll still always be there on the walls mocking you. It was incredibly annoying, but that wasn't the worse. In another former house, there used to be incredibly tiny beetle-like things on my bed. (Lucky for me, it was the only room that had it. 🤨 ) As I was about to go to sleep, I would hear weird clicking sounds, turn the lights and see a tiny bug on my pillow. It would scare the living heck out of me, and eventually traded rooms with my brother. Anyway, where I live currently doesn't have much of a bug problem. I see the occasional ant, fly, or spider, which I usually ignore, but that's about it. Normally, I'd kill bugs on my own, unless it's quite big, I'd scream for the nearest person to kill it.

I agree. Except that if it's a spider or a centipede, I can't. I can after seeing spiders for a couple of months, though... it just takes time to get used to them, something that will never, ever happen with me and centinpedes. But that's what parents are for~~

I try not to kill anything. Since I don't eat animals I think it would be hypocritical to kill them and it is their world too. I try to use preventative measures.

centipedes, silverfish don't bother me.
fly's are captured and released (or my cat eats them)
Wasps and bees - never had in the house

If its a spider... well I'm terrified of them and if my cat doesn't eat them or I can't throw a jar over them, like if they are in a corner or too high up I either get someone else to take care of it or don't enter that room for the next 24 hours.
sometimes I forget about the spider under the jar though and it suffocates before I can take it outside. 😐

my hand.

btw did you know flies can reform and reborn? so when you kill it, first squish it, then use a knife and cut off all their wings and legs, then cut their body in half and throw it away.

^ this is purely fictional.
