Years back (sometime before 2014... or to be safe 2015), I stumbled upon an episodic manga about a bar (cafe?). It was rather short (~10 chapters) and was fully scanlated. Each new chapter was about a different customer.

There's hardly anything else I remember about it besides it being a rather mellow, feel-good kind of collection, that the owner of the bar had a lot of dogs, and that in the very last chapter, it was revealed that he had a crush on the bartender. Because of that, I think it must have been shounen-ai (though it could have been too subtle to be a genre).

No combinations of tags helped me find this title. Does anyone have an idea what it could be? Any guesses would be greatly appreciated!

I think one of the customers was having a reunion. It involved a watch given as a gift by the other person...? That's as far as my memory goes without starting to make things up.
