I've thought about this a bit, and let me say I will get between my girlfriend and harms way, even if that means dying. I would do the same for my family, but if it is true love that person will be becoming your family. Therefore I think you should treat that person the same way, if not better.

Uh well I'm not really a believer of love but if I like the person and know something can come out of a relationship with that person then I'll put as much effort as that person puts on. I mean you can't give 90% and that person 10% it just wouldn't work out so I'll only show persistence where there should be. No reason to waste my time otherwise, I can be persistent but honestly there's a limit even if it has to do with "love".

Anyway I'm single now but if there's a moment in time where I actually fall in love (god help me if I do) then yea I'll try my best to win that person, doesn't mean I'll die for that person though 😀

Well, I'm really a romantic at heart, but since I'm currently hiding that under a "love cynic" it's pretty hard to see unless you look at my books/movies. Basically, if I like a guy, I'll try to give him subtle hints until he asks me out. If he does, great. If not, then it must not be meant to be. And once I'm in a relationship, of course I want to spend time with him, go on dates, etc, but I also want time for my friends, too. And I have repeatedly told my friends that if I get stupid about any guy (blowing friends off, taking abuse, threatening to die if he leaves me), hit me again and again until I come to my senses. If I start acting like that, I must not be in a healthy relationship.
