I'm looking for a specific manga where an older female teacher gets into a relationship with a younger male student (high school). Its been quite sometime, since I read it so I will be outlining some defining details:

• Female Teacher seems cold at school, but is affectionate when drunk

• Female Teacher and Male Student have sex when she drinks

• Female Teacher has multiple marriage interviews during the manga.

• Side characters has relationship: Otaku best male friend and popular girl? Can't quite remember, but there was a chapter focusing on them being trapped at school due to it being locked. They were trapped because girl overslept and guy was playing games on his laptop.

• At the end of the manga, male lead basically proposes and asks her to wait a couple years for him to try and become a successful businessman. A few years, he couldn't become a business man, but is instead decided on making a gaming company with his best friend. Male lead goes to , basically proposes again, they drive off with together.

These are all pretty specific details, but after searching I still couldn't find out. Any help would be appreciated.
