Please allow opening the results page of Advanced Search in a new tab

When I'm looking for a new manga to read, I often want to repeat my last search with slightly different choices (especially when there are multiple categories that fit what I'm looking for). Having the search page still open and the results in a new tab has been great for this.
In the past, I've used Greasemonkey and later Tampermonkey to always add a target="_blank"
to the <form>
tag on the Advanced Search page to achieve this. With regular links, Ctrl-clicking is an option to force opening in a new tab, but the same sadly isn't the case with a form submission button.
With the new Advanced Search page though, it seems that while there is a <form>
tag, the browser's routines for submitting it are skipped and instead javascript is used to do that job and opens the results in the same tab regardless.
Could you make the choice between same tab and new tab something selectable on the page or in the settings, or at least make the relevant javascript check if there's a target
argument on the <form>
and use it if it's there?
It might even save traffic, as this way we don't have to navigate back every time we want to slightly change our search terms.
