there are tags like

sister complex
brother complex
brother-sister-relationship
couple with genres romance+shoujo+school life and that's it
sorry but as I personally detest this kind of story I can't give good examples...

Flowers of Evil is the best I've read.
Koi Kaze is good.
There's also Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru.

Who's doing Tsumi ni Nureta Futari (The Two Who Are Drenched in Sin, Together We Are Drenched in Sin, Two Soaked in Sin, etc.)? Lemon Tea doesn't seem to have done it in about a year or so.
I can help with English grammar is you like, since I'm a Chinese fluent in English, though, sadly I can't read Chinese or Japanese since I'm English educated.
