Does this manga deserve the Mature Tag?

Hey everyone,
Just wondering what you guys all think about this series' mature tag. No doubt the one shot needed it since there was some nudity. What do you think about the ongoing series?

The 2nd series seems pretty tame "vulgarity" vise but it does have a lot of violence and blood. So maybe for that reason the tag is justified.

There is blood, violence and gore /in a few places/, so it needs the mature tag.
