Well what i remember is the ending

it was kinda shoujo manga i think, the MC was a girl who faill in love with vampire and in the end they had 2 child.

their child was a boy and a girl

in the ending, the girl was a high school students, get called by someone(maybe his brother) and she got in the car with him. They then talk that the girl already aged 80 years and it's her 10th(or more) time she changed her high school and repeat the years(i mean she graduate from highschool, repeat again to other high school as first year students, maybe she like high school life to pass her boredom)

they then go to the girl house and met their father who was mourning their mother grave and three of them then start praying for her.

and the end.

what manga it is ? i am pretty curious
