Itachi gave Naruto the power of the German Ideal (blond hair and blue eyes)
i mean Naruto already had the power but had yet to realize its anti-emo potential

If Itachi gives Naruto Sharingan I will drop what ever I'm reading it form, yes even a laptop, and walk out the room. My hand may just be permanently attached to my face.

A picture of Sasuke making out with Karin behind some bushes. If he use the picture when he is about to face Sasuke, it will activate the strongest type of genjutsu whereby the intended, victim in this case Sasuke, will feel an ultimate shame and will be comitting harakiri or seppuku.

For some reason i don't really think it's the ulitimate genjutsu blocker, or anything protective at all 😔 this IS naruto, and the only possible alternative is some sort of superpower that will last for 10 chapters, or an Itachi that's telling the truth or somerhing. at least i think so 😛

Going along the lines of truth, then it might be possible that Itachi might have told Naruto something else entirely, maybe something only Sasuke will understand. It's just a guess.

i am pretty sure it's some mysterious genjutsu who will help naruto kick madara's butt in the near future

What truth are we talking about here? 😕 Also, If anything, I definitely think it will have to do something with blocking the sharingan and it's power to control kyuubi and/or genjutsu.
But I also get this feeling that it's something all powerful because Itachi said he hopes he doesn't have to use it, but he could have said that just because he doesn't want there to be a battle at all. I pray that Naruto doesn't get sharingan. It's SO played out now. Everybody has something implanted that doesn't belong to them. No sharinagans plz. 🙄

At this point, we could expect a lot of variations. If it's something from Itachi it's not likely to be something subtle as we've come to expect. I doubt it has anything to do with Genjutsu or Sharingan. That's not a style that fits Naruto.

Most likely it's something to enable the two to defeat Madara. Itachi likely could predict Sasuke's actions and would want Naruto to be able to stop him. Possibly then it would enable him to counter Sasuke's abilities.

The abilities of the Sharingan are locked in darkness. Apparently the more the person falters the more they're able to unlock it's abilities. The exception might be Kakashi. Otherwise this is spot on.

A good question would have been, did Itachi have any intention of preserving his clan? Sasuke may be the exception, but Itachi did seem to want to destroy the Sharingan. He had no apparent inclination to survive either.

Although really, we don't understand yet exactly what Itachi did to Sasuke either. All we know is that Sasuke could manipulate Amaterasu after fighting with Itachi. Apparently that has more to do with the Sharingan though. Susanoo as well appears to be the result of their encounter and aimed towards the Sharingan.

Alternatively we could look at it in a mirage of the 1st Hokage and Madara. If Sasuke was given a great deal of spiritual power from Itachi then we would assume Naruto would be given some sort of life force.

Well, we shall see...

Well since sharingan can control the Kyubi ... it could be be that he gave him the ability to fully control it himself

some other - explanation: i think Itachi knew Sasuke would turn all evil after he died, so he put some jutsu/power on Naruto that would eventually help him turn Sasuke back good, ya know, make him realize things and come to his senses...^^ + maybe some information about Madara, who he is and how to defeat him or something and maybe some last words to Sasuke since now he knows the truth about Itachi...^^
