looking at the page numbers i wondered where it came from.
it isn't a magazine is it ?

If someone translated the Japanese in the margins, we might know. I'll just assume that it came out of the middle of a magazine of many oneshots by many mangakas until someone does.

It did mention "Evening Magazine" though.
