I don't think MangaMeeya fits the bill. Same for ComicRack.

Your request is a little confusing so, sorry if you weren't asking for this. MangaPark enables you to view all the pages of one chapter if you wish.

I don't know why you'd want to view them vertically; however, CDisplay does it horizontally so that one will not work kape.

Ah well, doesn't matter! It's not a comic I'm viewing but some images which were cut up. I decided to use Gimp to join them up instead. 😀 I'd thought I could take the easy way out but... haha, oh well. 🙂

He wants to view them vertically so that they'll be like:
pg1
pg2
pg3
pg4
etc

If they were displayed in such a manner all you'd have to do is scroll down to see the next page. Like the webtoons easy going scans scanlates (they cut them up into individual pages though).

The only problem I can see with this method of display is load time. Since load time is dependent on the file size of the image. The larger the total of the file sizes the longer a page will take to load.

Also, if you think about one page at a time vs more than one at a time, the total load time for each individual page should be equal to or close to the time it takes for all the pages to load at once. So, other than being able to see more than one at a time there's no real difference or benefit.
