Hi, this is actually an anime that a friend of mine doesn't remember. Forgive me for faulty details.

It was described as a "slice of life" anime that contained fashion advice. The female protagonist was brown-haired and possibly either the vice president or president (of the student council?) of the school. The anime also had either bits of 3D animation OR was entirely animated in 3D. The anime should be older (at least 5 years).

1. There was a vague description about one of the advice given, something about just needing 5 pairs of pants/shirts and you're set for the whole month.
2. There was an arc that contained a beach episode. Two boys were arguing about who knows what.

Truly sorry about these descriptions. For an anime containing fashion advice, I wish protagonists were more unique.
