I forgot the title but I still remember some details about this manga from a long time ago. I read it about five or six years ago.

It was about a boy who was going to die in an accident until a woman psychic, who had foreseen his death saved him. The grateful guy treats her to a meal in a restaurant. He remarked 'I might have died if it wasn't for you."

The guy was about to cross the street but the woman stopped him before two trucks collided with each other. The truck drivers confronted each other then spotted the woman and the boy. Both the truck drivers attempted to bribe the woman and the boy to testify on one driver's behalf against the other driver. The woman reasoned with them to first call the police.

She made a profit from her Samaritan act and lamented "Killing two birds with a stone."
