I wondered if anyone eals had ever seen a pic of character somewhere and couldn't find from which manga he was.

Is this a character from a manga and if so which one?

I dunno who he is, sorry.
But from my first impression on the artwork and colouring style, I'm guessing it's Inoue Takehiko's artwork. Cuz it's so realistic, hip and has that "jock" vibe.
