I can't remember the name or the mangaka and my searching haven't been fruitful so I'm trying here.

I don't remember the first story well, but all of them are connected in one way or another. One of them is about a guy who picks up a youngster. When in a car this man think that he was being hit and end up sleeping with him. In the end it turns out that the youngster was actually his nephew. What I remember from the first story is merely that there was a bit of an age difference and that the younger one was getting slightly manipulated by his lover, one of the things being that he got an intimate piercing because of him.
