I'm looking for a romance manga with a character that is type B tsundere. As in they are sweet and deredere on the outside to everyone but to their lover they can be harsh and tsuntsun.

Either gender to have this trope is fine but I've already seen ookami shoujo to kuro ouji and Kamisama Hajimemashita

I think Nousatsu Junkie might fit.
