So the setting is like rabbit doubt or others thriller manga , kidnapping some highschool students and it revealed all of them are bully that had done many horrible things.

the culprit then using a tv screen and wearing weird custome and make them to enter a game called betrayal game or such. If the bully refused, he/she will report their bully activity in middleschool(he have many proof like video, photo and such) to the public.

the mc was a highschool girl, she never bully people, but she never help people who got bullied so basically the culprit tell her that she was also at wrong and tell her she have the power to stop it but decided to play safe to not get bullyed.
