I'm looking for something similar to Lip Smoke and Ojikoi. While both of these are age gap manga, it's not so much the age gap that draws me in as the dynamics between the two characters. We've got an immature, flirty boss with an assistant that keeps him in check. Both of the girls have feelings for their boss that they don't shy away from, they both act on those feelings.

Also both couples sort of acknowledge the feelings without really acknowledging them? Like there's an almost "we both know there's a thing here but we're gonna tip toe and flirt around it for a while" sort of thing going on. Both are kind of episodic with the focus on their feelings being the main over-arching story line.

(actually I'm also sort of reminded of Beautiful Bones: Sakurako's Investigation, and The Perfect Insider in terms of character relationships - the plot is widely different >.> also okay, still age gap but I swear that's not a requirement)
