Heey, so the other day I was thinking about Fairly odd parents and how I strangely shipped Timmy and Vicky, so I am looking for a manga or even anime that's slightly similar: ** an older girl who bullies a younger boy, except she's not actually a mean person**

My preferred scenario would be if she was his babysitter, like he's an elementary school student and she's a middle school student, then there could be a time skip where he's in high school and she's in college. ( I am aware the chances of existing this are slim)

But,I am okay with anything you throw my away as long as she's at least 4 to 5 years older, is connected to the boy somehow (ex: she's his neighboor or an older sibling's friend, etc) and moslty just verbally abuses and teases him, but secretly likes him.

1. I'd also like if she's a genuinely nice person and is kind to him when he truly needs it, to the point that he likes her but is confused by her bullying.
2. A time skip would be nice, as well.

It's ok if these 2 last requirements aren't met, as long as she's not a trashy person.
