Since the year is coming to an end. It's the time we think of what we achieved and also what has been the highlight of the year that is soon to end. many things

What stood out for you this year?
Single most important thing that happened this year.
What would you change if you had the chance?
What pissed you off the most this year?

What are you looking forward to next year?

e.g, Music, Olympics, Movies, manga, anime, results, promotions, big changes in lifestyle and so on.

Essentially what i'm asking is WHAT'S YOUR HIGHLIGHT OF 2011?

Captain America was interesting. to be honest the were no movies this year that was amazing or worth bragging about.
out of the big three shounen manga One Piece and Naruto showed why we love them even if they do drag at times they still delivered this year where as bleach sort of went down hill.

Rugby World cup was interesting .seriously England failed completely at the Fifa world cup and didn't exactly provide as unforgettable performance at this years RWC.

what was up with the cliff hanger end to Billion Girl?
when it came to music there was too much Beiber. 🙁 😢 >:-(

and By far The middle-eastern revolutions were the Biggest event of the Year.

I'm looking Forward the Batman and Olympics next year.

what stood out to me? Arab Springs, OWS, and the protests going around in Europe.

single most important thing that happened this year? hmm, maybe Osama Bin Laden's death, i couldnt believe that U.S. troops got him lol, i thought he'd die from an illness or something, or he would disappear and die from old age.

what would i change if i had the chance? to go after this one girl, too late though, my friend is dating her now.

what pissed me off the most? United State's Congress, man they really are making me angry lol.

what am i looking forward to next year? depending on how well i do next quarter (2012), will dictate which major i will choose, i'm really looking forward to that 🙂 . Oh! and a december 20 2012 party my friend is throwing, its from 10pm to december 22 2012 🤣

The revolutions in the Mid. East were pretty much the most momentous thing that happened this year.

I enjoyed finishing Paolini's Inheritance series. Though I don't find the series too interesting now, when I was younger Eragon was one of my favorite books, and was an important milestone in my reading.

What pissed me off most this year was watching the US Congress, and feeling that my country was suffocating itself.

I'm looking forward to another semester in college (in which I'm taking classes that I'll hopefully enjoy) and finding new books.

I won a small chunk of change betting on the Nobel in literature?

Dull year. Spent most of it in purgatory.

Best thing that happened to me this year was meeting two people that have become very good friends of mine.
Getting into University was also a highlight.

Other than that, this year has been absolutely shit. So many bad things happening. It was going bad from January.
I'll be glad to see the back of this year. It's been awful. Not just for myself but generally speaking to a lot of people it hasn't been great for them either.
Don't even mention the riots that happened that were way to close to home.

I'll be looking forward to the Olympics next year, and film wise, Avengers. Been looking forward to that for ages.

What stood out for you this year?
Hm... I suppose the last month of summer vacation. Rest of the year was exquisitely dull.
Single most important thing that happened this year?
I suppose all the revolutions and protests. I wasn't really into politics in a big way before all that but I find myself paying more attention to the news now. You get the feeling really big things are happening.
What would you change if you had the chance?
I think I might have irreparably screwed up the current academic year already, so I suppose if I had the chance I'd try and start over properly. I'm not just talking about grades, although I don't think those are too great either. The uni experience for me isn't really working out and I think part of it's because I'm not putting enough into it.
What pissed you off the most this year?
Hm... more political things, probably, or perhaps myself.

What are you looking forward to next year?
Can't say I'm much looking forward to the Olympics (partly because I live in the host country and I'll have to put up with all the extra people pouring in for the events near where I live.)
Films: The Avengers, possibly The Hunger Games, Spiderman, the last Batman. Oh, and Brave.
TV: Sherlock.

I'm also looking forward to going on holiday with friends just after New Year's, and starting my year abroad next Septemberish (hopefully).

What stood out for you this year?
I moved 5000 miles and across five or six times zones. That's a life-changing sort of thing.
Single most important thing that happened this year.
On a personal level, I started at a new university with more drive than at the beginning of my education.
What would you change if you had the chance?
I would have taken longer and tried to find a job in Hawaii that wasn't at Subway. I chose Subway because I knew I could get a job fast, but I'd rather be doing something else.
What pissed you off the most this year?
Politics and idiots (which are almost synonymous). Then I started to avoid it; I can't take that kind of stress.
What are you looking forward to next year?
Going back to VA for my baby brothers high school graduation and seeing all my friends from high school again.

What stood out for you this year? College applications.
Single most important thing that happened this year. Um...not sure.
What would you change if you had the chance? I would've started my college apps in the summer instead of waiting until now...
What pissed you off the most this year? Having to take standardized tests every month.

This year of mine has been plagued by school, studying, and not having a life unfortunately.

I'm looking forward to graduating and starting college next year.
My New Year's resolution? Get a new job.
