Ok I'm a little ashamed of asking about this, but looking for a spoofing anime that on the third chapter or book (can't remember, Saw it once in a store and haven't seen it since but have been looking constantly) They spoofed a hentai, One of the characters basically turned into a ball of breasts+head.

perverted and funny, seems to fit the bill for me. Any bites?
