hmm..what do you mean that you cant read the SCANS? 😕

If you're referring to reading manga scans ONLINE, there's tonnes of site for you to visit:

...

and if you're referring to how you read a japanese manga scan...ermm..just read it from the right hand panel first..O__O
and if you're reading manwha scans, start from the left hand panel...

this is a manga information site, you're actually breaking the rules for asking where to download the mangas.

But, if you're looking for doujinishi..just do a genre "doujinishi" search in this forum (click "GENRES" from this site's menu sidebar) and if the title you wanted is already scanslated, just visit the scanslation group that's responsible for the release..they should have put up the link for the chapter download (this website gives all the information on everything you need..but it takes time to learn bout it)
