Im looking for a shoujo manga with an ancient egypt/mesopotamia type of setting (like Magi’s setting). No magic, but a little supernatural is fine. I prefer a more moderized art style with a strong, determined female lead with a strong, determined male lead. I hate love triangles or more, so a more deferentiated interaction between the male lead with other female couples would be best. This is my time creating thread, so I’m sorry if i sound too picky. Thank you!

I don't think either of these fit exactly, but they were what came to mind (as in shoujo with a desert setting):

Basara would be my top recommendation. It has a futuristic Japan with a desert setting. There is a little bit of a love triangle (for the female, not the male lead), but they are a strong couple (in multiple ways.

One that is actually set in a Mesopotamian/Egyptian setting is Sora wa Akai Kawa no Hotori. I didn't really like this one though. It has a really annoying love triangle and a terrible female antagonist. The after stories are the only good part (the last volume I think). There is time travel too.

Not sure if you're still looking for suggestions, but Sabaku no Harem immediately came to my mind. It's set in a desert kingdom with a strong female and male lead character. It's technically a harem, but the story very clearly focuses on the main couple and uses the harem for comedic relief.
