ok this kinda gona sound like a flame but wtf is the point of this thread? seriously if you have a problem with the show well then change the channel and if you think that was echi then seriously you shouldnt watch old loony tunes and animaniacs cartoons cus they got alot more things then that hell just watch a great movie called who framed roger rabbit by your definition thatll probably fall under hentai.

Around 12 because guys get it later than girls.
The pregnant 5 yr old girl in 1939 had her puberty at 4

i dont remmember when i saw something "echi" for the first time in my life but it veryyyyyy long ago and i remmember that it went right over my head and all those "echi" things as you call them are all over you wont see them in one place than in another and as i mentioned before it will actually effect only those that are ready to move on otherwise those too young will not understand it right?
