Are there any where the male lead either has a sex change or through magic/superntural gets turned into a girl. He then either already is or falls for the female lead. They end up together.

Hungry Marie has the MC turn into Marie Antoinette due to magical circumstances and they swap back and forth. He still has a crush on the main girl despite this issue. It's fairly recent so too soon to tell if they get together in the end, but assuming it's not cancelled, I'd guess so.
