I think it should have a "shoujo-ai" in the genre part.

Since it's undecided at first I don't think it should. Certainly there is Shounen ai and shoujo ai elements, but I don't think they weight enough to put a shounen ai or shoujo ai gender label. A warning could do the work if it's so that people who don't like Shoujo ai or Shonen ai don't get a surprise.
