- Guy doesn't care much abt looks (wouldn't fall or notice her first bc she's cute or beautiful)
- Guy is not a wimp all throughout the story
- I don't like cliche shoujo (immature drama, crying out of simple things, cliche scenes and situations/etc)
- Hopefully not annoying yandere female mc
- Not too dramatic or depressing, nor too shallow or simple
- Not yaoi, sorry

Ojojojo fits there. It's a 4 koma though.
Machida-kun no Sekai seems to be of the kind of manga you describe too, I think.
