The uke is mistakenly under the impression that the seme is still in love with his straight friend.
Straight friend comes by to tell seme he's getting married and the uke overhears the convo and jumps out to say that the seme is in love with the straight friend.
Turns out the seme was over it a long time ago, and the straight friend says something like: "huh? were you still in love with me?"
