manga with male lead has some traumatic past / phobia which he hide

well the title basically explain it all. i recently watch myself yourself and i like the idea of a boy who has traumatic past ( he was bullied and try to kill himself ) then he developed some kind of phobia ( afraid of blood ) and decide to hide it. i want it to be a male. it doesnt have to be romance or slice of life. it can be action too as long as it's male. i dont really mind if it is shounen ai either..
the good example of it for the manga is iris zero. i like how the guy who was and maybe still bullied by others has overcome it and doesnt stress out as much as before, but few things happened and the memory or the phobia triggered it.
can you give me your manga recomendation please please please. thanks so much
