I don't know if this has been suggested, but I think it would be a good improvement if there was an option to track a certain mangaka's works. When you really like a series or a certain style you might want to check that mangaka's other works or you might already be a fan of that mangaka's work and instead of checking each mangaka's page if there is a list devoted to tracking mangaka's work it will be so much easier to learn if that mangaka has started a new series or published a oneshot.

I happen to like more than a few mangakas and I need to check their pages regularly to see if they have new works. It's a bit difficult to manage as I sometimes forget about one and such. This feature wouldn't track every single chapter, but rather just new series (so a new page connected to the mangaka's page).
