MURDEROUS FAMILY
a family ( Father, Mother, 2 Sons, 2 Daughters, Maid, and a Dog ) travels the lands and comes across a river. there is a good news and bad news. good news is that there is a boat that can fit maximum 2 people and can go back and forth. bad news is that when the father is present with any of the daughters with the mother there, the father will kill the daughters. the same goes for the mother, when the father is not present, she will kill the sons that is on the same side. When the maid is not around, the dog will kill everyone. The boat has a driver's seat and a passenger seat, and the only 3 people that can drive is the Father, Mother, and the Maid. Try to get everyone across the river without getting anyone killed.

( Hint : There is no magical trick to this riddle, its just brains... its very possible nomatter who impossible it may seem )

MISSING DOLLAR
3 best friends comes across an Inn. The Manager says rent for 1 night would be $30, so each person must pay 10 bucks for the night, so they did. after an hour the manager notices that he charged them $5 extra dollars, but being unable to break the $5 evenly, he decides to only return $3 dollars back to them and keep the $2 for himself. after the trio got a dollar each back they went back to their room. in the end the trio each paid $9 each for the rent adding up to $27, but if you add the $2 the manager kept for himself, its total of $29 dollars... where did that extra dollar mysteriously dissapear to?

its a play in the logic, u need a pencil and a paper to do the logic calculation, has least to do with math... its just the wording that confused the puzzle itself

IMPOSSIBILITY
john is behind kenny. kenny is behind john. how is this possible?

well if they face back to back, or opposite to each other, its possible

EQUAL PIECES
imagine you have a cheesecake, which is perfectly cylindral shape like any other birthday cake ( size or ratio doesnt matter )... you wanna make 8 equal pieces, but you can only have 3 shots at this ( tries for cuts ), because you might mess up the cake condition.... how do you satisfy 8 hungry people who demands each an equal piece?

2 cuts perpendicular, and 1 final cut on the SIDE, to half that 4 pieces

INFINITE ITEM ( ROPE )
you are on the moon with your sit... you wanna go from southern part of the planet to the northern part... but somebody dug a HUGE HOLE around the entire equator circling around it being 1000km in height, length, and depth... making it impossible to jump, or climb safely even though the gravity is low, the 1000km changes that logic of safety... also you may DEFINETELY NOT walk around, once again, considering the hole is dug around the entire equator so its impossible to walk around it... but you have ONE ITEM, a magic rope you have, that you have infinite length of ( if youre ganna ask where its coming from, i dont know. i only heard the riddle, so leave that part to youre imagination... maybe his @$$? )... having an infinite rope of length, you might have an advantage in mathematically somehow make the trip to the northern hemisphere possible by being smart with common physic skills....

this one is pure common sense... you just fill in the hole with the rope as if you are taking a piss

Impossibility: simply one is standing before the other one and they are facing a mirror (or their backs facing the mirror). If John is behind Kenny, the reflection in the mirror will be the opposite: Kenny is behind John.
Or both of them are back to back ( J|K ) so considering both sides, you can say J is behind K or K is behind J

MISSING DOLLAR

Quote from bluegreenangel

in the end the trio each paid $9 each for the rent adding up to $27, but if you add the $2 the manager kept for himself, its total of $29 dollars... where did that extra dollar mysteriously dissapear to?

Why would you add the $2 that the manager kept for himself to $27?
Real cost of rent is $30-$5=$25
The money that the manager kept is $2
Total cost of rent including the money the manager kept is $27
Therefore each person paid ($25+$2)/3 = $9
After the manager kept the money. You don't add the $2 the manager kept again. You need to add $3 that the manager returned.
It is really ($9*3)+3= $27+3 = $30

There is no missing dollar

why?? you ask? cause cause its part of the riddle?
its suppose to be the trick... by tricking people into thinking the wrong logic which works 99% of the time... people with high sense of logic could look right through it though...
