Even if it was just one person, someone has asked me to give a brief summary of further chapters beyond chapter 39. So I'll start now. Some info. on chapters will be longer than others...

Progress in the story occurs in these next batch of chapters. Well...that only depends on what you call progress.

These summaries once again skip parts. Still no official romantic confession between Hikari or Kei. However, Jun confesses to Sakura and Yahiro confesses to Akira. Also...Kei's grandfather resurfaces^^

Chapter 40: A younger girl named "Michiri" mistakes Hikari to be an elegent lady and wants to be surrounded by people of her dream. Michiri wants to visit Hikari at her wonderful home (er, mansion). Akira says she can use one of her houses and ends up dressing Hikari up. Ryu acts as Hikari's butler (Michiri calls him "Kariyuudo-san" ), Tadashi is posing as Hikari's older brother (Michiri calls him "Pegasus-san" ), Akira poses as Hikari's tutor (Michiri calls her a queen), Jun and Megumi are disguised as maids (Jun-kun
crossdresses. ..kya~), and Kei is acting as Hikari's bodyguard (Michiri calls him "Michael-sama" ). Akira has out an earphone in her ear that tells her exactly what to say to sound like an elegent lady (Kei looks away and looks like he's holding in laughter^^) Michiri starts to get comfortable being around Kei throughout the chapter, causing Hikari to feel, for the first time in the series, jealousy towards another girl^^. By the end of the chapter, Michiri has
noticed even the "elegent" Hikari-sama can get jealous. Hikari's feelings for Kei have also grown...

chapter 41: A Jun x Sakura chapter. In chapter 40, Hikari asked Kei to go with her somewhere. In the beginning of the chapter, Hikari is still very...frantic? ...about what she did. As she's tossing and turning on the ground, Sakura stares on and comments that Hikari must be having fun^^...When they're at their destination, Kei finds out that Hikari also invited Sakura. Hikari says that she brought her along because Jun is also going to be there. Sakura says it's fine if she doesn't see him, but they bump into him anyway. With one look at Sakura, Jun looses consciousness and turns pimp. Kei, who had been holding him up, is now a victim of the lady-killer. When Kei doesn't let go of him, Pimp Jun kisses Kei on the lips, causing Kei to go to Lala land (and allowing Pimp Jun to escape). Both Sakura and Kei set off to find Jun (Hikari also joins in). Later on, it has been revealed that Jun doesn't even have to be kissed by Sakura to change into his split personality. Just the mere site of her triggers it now. It is because he has a crush on her. He confesses to Sakura that he likes her. By the end of the chapter, both Sakura and Jun are on the same level and will probably start dating.

Chapter 42: Sakura, Jun, Kei, and Hikari are at Sakura's hotsprings. When Hikari gets out of the hotspring, she spots some drinks. It turns out that those drinks were alcoholic^^. Hikari gets drunk and chases down Kei as if he's some sort of prey. The first time around, she tackles him but falls unconscious. Kei gets her off of him, but just as he's over her, the other SA, along with Sakura, open the door and see Kei over Hikari. This causes them all to get the wrong idea and they lock him up in "a prison". Later on, Hikari wakes up and starts to "hunt" for Kei again^^. Meanwhile, Kei is in the prison, and while he's thinking, he spots Hikari outside his window trying to get in. She tries to get into the room through the door next. Kei is relieved that she can't get in (because the door is locked), but just as he says that, a screwdriver breaks the door lock and she tries to get in. Kei stops her, but she doesn't give up. She gets a log and starts to bang on the bullet-proof windows^^. Kei finally gives up and opens the window. Just as he's about to let her in, it starts raining. He brings her in and starts to dry her hair. Then he realizes the situation he's in, but really can't resist anymore^^. He leans in and kisses Hikari (and she kisses back, boo ya~). Hikari tells Kei that she loves him right before she passes out. The next morning, Akira is telling Kei that Hikari was saying "I love you" to just about everybody after she woke up again (still drunk). As for Sober Hikari now...she totally doesn't remember a thing.

Chapter 43: Yahiro has come up to Sakura's villa. He wants to spend time around Tadashi. There's something he needs to tell him. However, to be able to be around Tadashi, Yahiro goes on one of Tadashi's "forest explorations". Akira, who knows it's dangerous in the area, starts to panic. Megumi also goes into a bit of shock when she finds out Yahiro went with Tadashi! While out, Yahiro tells Tadashi that if he should ever make Akira cry, he would not forgive him. Tadashi knows what he's saying and thanks him. Yahiro, still mad
about the whole thing, stomps off. Tadashi tells him to be careful of where be's going and that he's going the wrong way. Suddenly Yahiro starts to slip off a cliff. Tadashi pushes him back, but doing so causes Tadashi to fall. Yahiro catches him, but has thoughts of letting him go^^ Tadashi tells Yahiro that he's not such a bad guy afterall, even though Akira clearly doesn't think so. Yahiro pulls him up. By the end of the chapter, Yahiro finally gets the guts to confess to Akira that he has loved her for a long time, but feels that there is someone else for her (Tadashi holds Akira's hand...awwww). Once Yahiro is done with that, he sees Megumi crying and runs after her. By the end of the chapter, Yahiro tells her to keep smiling, that tiny bud in their relationship has grown, and Ryu is now down in the dumps knowing not only Jun, but Megumi also has a person she loves^^...

Chapter 44: Kei's grandfather is getting impatient with Aoi. He wants to know the situation fo Kei returning to London. Aoi meets with Hikari and askes if she'll convince Kei to go to London (Aoi knows Kei will listen to her). She refuses and runs away. Aoi reflects on Kei's relationship to Hikari and his current life, and then compares it to a life in London. He's getting stressed about it overall. Later, Aoi goes to Hikari's house and offers a full-tuition payment for school if she'll just make it so Kei can go to London. She rips the payment to pieces and refuses once more. Aoi, shocked and finally in major pain, suddenly starts to cough up blood and Hikari rushes him to the hospital. It turns out that will all the stress he's had the past few weeks, Aoi developed a stomach ulcer. At the hospital, Aoi recieves a phone call from Kei's grandfather. All he can ask is why Aoi isn't working. Hikari grabs the phone from Aoi and tells Kei's grandfather that instead of beating Aoi down with words, he should be telling him to get better. (Before Hikari can reveal who she is, Aoi snatches the phone back^^.) Aoi tells him that Kei is not ready for the transfer to London. Aoi turns and sees that kei was there the whole time (because Hikari called him over). Kei thanks him for doing what he did. Aoi brings up Hikari and how he understands she's an important person to Kei, and maybe even to himself...^^ (Kei askes if he wants to be hospitalized for another 30 years...)
